Children's Books
The Wake Up book series is a joyful and gentle children’s collection designed to help young readers recognize their feelings, calm their minds, and choose joy, courage, and kindness every day.
Through six playful and rhythmic books—Bravery, Listening, Sharing, Helping, Kindness, and Happiness—children are invited to understand their emotions, even when they feel grumpy, sad, or frustrated.
